Rude Awakening Products strives to create Ontario rich food products as well as Educational opportunities in the Culinary Industry. Through a series of workshops which highlight local farms and food producers, and a TV series called Farm to Fork, Chef Connie is committed to utilizing local, Ontario ingredients and promoting Ontario Farmers and their sustainable practices.
