Part 2 Bistro

Part 2 Bistro, owned and operated by Peter and Sarah Gusso, began as a dream after many years spent travelling abroad, absorbing as much culinary knowledge as possible. Once they returned to their hometown of Blyth, Peter and Sarah knew it was time to make that dream a reality, and opened Part 2 in Blyth. After successfully operating for 7 years, they closed the doors in 2018 in Blyth and opened Part 2 in Goderich, located at 10 Courthouse Square. Seamlessly combining casual and fine dining, Part 2 Bistro is a local hot-spot for great food, great drinks, and great gatherings.

Peter and his catering team are also available for weddings, galas, birthdays, tastings, and private functions.
