This waterfront collaboration brings together AquaTerra’s refined, seasonal cooking and Perch’s modern take on Canadian comfort food. Expect thoughtfully crafted dishes that showcase both lake-inspired flavours and locally sourced ingredients, all served in a warm, stylish setting overlooking Kingston’s iconic harbour.
Host Chef Brent McAllister of AquaTerra and Guest Chef Justin Champagne-Lagarde of Perch have crafted a menu that celebrates the region’s unique flavours with local farmers and food producers. Celebrate Northern and Francophone culture on the plate with this chef collab between host Chef Dave Tosh of Dianne’s and Guest Chef Linda Loranger of Dida’s Gastropub!
You’ll get a chance to dive into the childhood memories of both chefs as fuelled through food and tradition with tantalizing tastes like Northern bison bites glazed with haskap reduction and crowned with creamy goat cheese, pan-seared trout with sumac beurre blanc served with crisp matchstick fries and seasonal vegetables glazed in maple syrup, and gluten-free churros with cinnamon sugar, maple caramel, and locally made gelato.

This collaboration blends Juniper Café’s cozy, community-driven vibe with Feast On® certified Otter Creek Kitchen’s passion for scratch-made goodness. Guests can expect to step into the chef’s aprons as they work their way through a hands-on class making sauces, dressings and more with Raissa Sarkisian of Juniper Cafe and Chef Will Arnaud of Otter Creek Kitchen.

This one’s perfect for guests who love knowing where their food comes from — and that it’s going to taste amazing. To boot? The head winemaker from The Grange in Prince Edward County will be there to pair each course with a wine from their collection.
Flame & Feast: Le Jardin (Kingston) x Fat Rabbit (St. Catharines)

Things heat up when Le Jardin’s elegant French-inspired cooking meets Fat Rabbit’s bold, globally influenced flavours that have put them on the map with the Michelin guide. This collaborative dinner is all about contrast — refined techniques paired with playful, unexpected elements that keep each course exciting. It’s a great pick for adventurous eaters who love a little drama on the plate (the good kind).
You’ll get to try a signature dish that each chef is known for including a 60-day dry-aged rib eye with smoked marrow vinaigrette from Le Jardin and a sausage-stuffed suckling pig with sunchoke and fennel-apple jus.
