Veal Farmers of Ontario is engaging passionate fans in the search for Ontario’s Best Veal Sandwich!
Did you know that that there are over 200 venues in the province serving Ontario veal in their sandwiches? To honor Ontario’s sandwich-lovers, Veal Farmers of Ontario is looking far and wide for Ontario’s BEST veal sandwich – they need your help!
From March 15 to April 30, 2019, all of Ontario is invited to nominate their favourite Ontario retailer, restaurant, caterer or even a home cook (if Nona has game, the VFO wants to know).
To nominate, simply tag your favourite sandwich maker on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, and include #bestvealsandwich. Nominations can also be made by emailing the details to bestvealsandwich@ontariovealappeal.ca.
What’s in it for the sandwich maker?
The winner will not only garner the bragging rights for ‘Ontario’s Best Veal Sandwich,’ they’ll also receive publicity valued at approximately $25,000! It’s a very a-veal-ing prize.
What’s in it for the sandwich lover?
You’ll get a chance to WIN a seat at the judges’ table on June 15th! After all of your sandwiching-tasting, you’ll be ready for a nap. Fret not, Toronto accommodations will be provided.
