Kingstonlicious Contest 2026- Official Rules and Regulations
Official Contest Rules
1. Sponsor
Kingstonlicious 2026 (“Contest”) is sponsored by Culinary Tourism Alliance, 260 Adelaide Street East, Suite 153, Toronto, Ontario M5A 1N1 (“Sponsor”), in partnership with South Eastern Ontario and Visit Kingston.
2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec, who have reached the age of 19 at the time of entry, excluding employees of the Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, departments or agencies, franchisees, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of Contest materials, and those living in the same household.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. Entrants who do not comply with the Contest Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
3. Contest Dates and Times
The Contest opens on January 12, 2026 and closes on January 26, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST, after which time no further entries will be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Entrants may enter via Instagram by tagging friends in the comments of the official contest post. Each unique tag counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of friends an entrant may tag.
Receipt of an Internet entry occurs when the Sponsor’s server records the entry information. All entries are subject to verification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Any attempt to enter using automated, robotic, programmed, or fraudulent methods, including creating multiple accounts or identities, may result in disqualification. Entries containing false or incomplete information are void.
Entrants grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive licence to use entries for promotional and administrative purposes. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of entry.
5. Contest Prize
There is one (1) prize package available to be won, consisting of:

Two nights at the Belvedere Hotel, including two passes to their Bathhouse Thermal Experience, redeemable during Kingstonlicious from February 2 to March 31, 2026, subject to availability.

The prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
All winners assume any and all liability for injury or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Contest End Date.
7. Skill-Testing Question
Selected Entrants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, administered by the Sponsor via email, within three (3) business days of receipt.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
A random draw will be conducted on January 27, 2026 from all eligible entries received before the Contest End Date. The selected entrant will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
Up to three attempts will be made within 1 business days to contact the selected entrant. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another entrant may be selected.
Before being confirmed as a winner, the selected entrant must:
(i) correctly answer the skill-testing question,
(ii) sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and
(iii) comply with all Contest Rules.
9. Prize Fulfillment
Once all requirements are met, prize fulfillment will be coordinated by the Culinary Tourism Alliance and the sponsor. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the recipient’s location.
10. Release and Indemnification
Winners must release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its partners, affiliates, agencies, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, notification failures, or any damages arising from participation in the Contest.
11. General Conditions
Subject to Quebec law, the Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control affect the Contest’s integrity.
12. Publicity and Personal Information
By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name, social media handle, likeness, and submitted content for Contest administration and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Within sixty (60) days of the draw, the Sponsor will submit the required report to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux and retain records in accordance with Quebec regulations.
13. Governing Law
All matters relating to this Contest are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, with Quebec-specific provisions applying where required.
14. Rule Amendments
The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Contest Rules at any time, subject to applicable laws.
15. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with this Contest is owned by the Sponsor. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
