Located within Strewn Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Wine Country Cooking School features a spacious, purpose-built kitchen and private dining room—an ideal setting for fun, hands-on culinary experiences. From January through November, Saturday classes invite home cooks to prepare a seasonal three-course meal alongside a cooking partner, then sit down to enjoy their creations paired with Strewn’s winery-exclusive VQA wines, thoughtfully selected to complement the menu. With a maximum of 12 participants per class, the experience is both intimate and interactive. Guests leave with a set of recipes to recreate the meal at home. The school also offers customizable private and corporate team-building classes for up to 18 participants, available Monday through Thursday.
