Here, celebrated Anishinaabe chef, Chef Joseph Shawana, founder of Ziigwan Indigenous Culinary Experiences and Glenfiddich Chef of the Year Award recipient, welcomes guests to gather around the table for a multi-course dinner inspired by his Odawa heritage.

Each dish is thoughtfully paired with wines from Southbrook Vineyards, creating a seamless harmony between land, story and flavour. Expect an artful progression throughout the evening with canapés, a seasonal soup, freshwater fish and a sweet finale that reflects the richness of Ontario’s bounty.
