Thunder Oak Cheese Farm crafts award-winning, all-natural Dutch-style Gouda using fresh milk from their own Holstein cows and traditional cheesemaking methods.

Red Lion Smokehouse is an English-style pub located in downtown Thunder Bay. Since opening its doors in 2014, it has hosted numerous events and earned a variety of awards and accolades. The Head Chef and Owner, trained in London, England and brings years of Michelin-star experience to the kitchen. The pub boasts a well-established craft beer program that has become a cornerstone of Thunder Bay’s brewing scene, supported by longstanding partnerships with many Ontario craft breweries.
